Chef Wimbo has an interesting story!! You can't help but be caught up in his excitement over food when he enters the room. Add in his colorful attire and great food and you know you will have a wonderful experience!
He actually presented the happy couple a special plate and we learned later he even added some dishes to the menu that Nicki and Byron were not expecting!
Guest are still raving about his bang bang chicken and his mac and cheese! And that's always a good sign when, one you don't run out of food (and believe you me for 200 guest that's very important). And two, your guest go away saying the food was good !!
Bravo Chef Wimbo!! You promised us a great experience and you and your staff delivered just that!!
