Still Here

I get to relax for a few days, so today I have just been chilling with my feet up watching TV. As many of you know I have a tendency to over do it and stress when working under pressure. Which usually leads to my bp going up and my nosebleeds coming back. Lesson learned this weekend...as much as I love Olive Garden, I can't eat there anymore ( you can't even imagine how much this upsets me). I knew the minute I popped the bread into my mouth that it was to salty. Even the Tour of Italy tasted different. Added to that the work on the programs at church this week....well let's just say it wasn't pretty.

Speaking of TV.........Sending out prayers to all of the people in Southern California affected by the fires. I have several family members who live in the area and so far they are all doing well and have not had to be evacuated.

So did you notice a change in my page? Its been like forever but my header is finally back up. I loved my header ( thanks again Vanessa ), but when blogger made changes I couldn't figure out how to get it back up ( actually I gave up out of frustration ) but this morning I decided to try again and I even figured out how to add my name to it. V, hope you are proud of me? It was originally made for my personal family blog, but I think it really belongs here on my scrapbooking blog. This picture was taken by my lovely hubby while we were on vacation in Hawaii. Each time I see it I smile. For some reason today I needed to smile.

OK, so I am rambling...and if you have hung in this far I appreciate it. Off for two more days of service and the walk on Saturday ( and its suppose to rain....should make for an interesting day). Marc is going with us to take pictures so I will post them after the walk. Hope you all have a blessed day.
