You all know by now how much I heart the Dollar Tree! A few weeks ago I hosted my own 51 birthday party at the John Marshall in Richmond VA. My family and I made all of the food (along with SAMs Club...lol) and set up for the occasion in the club room of my sisters residence.
I had decided to "spurge" and spend some of my birthday money on serving dishes from the Dollar Tree. I think I spent like a total of like 34.00 for all of the pieces including water pitchers, serving utensils, bowls, and platters!
We set everything up on the bar area and moved the benches so that guest could serve themselves!
We set out chips and salsa as an appetizer.
I used a caddy to put all of my utensils in.
The food was delicious if I do say so myself!! Unfortunately I ended up having dental surgery that week and could not partake as I would have liked.
But that didn't even stop my from enjoying the delicious cake my sister baked!!!
I know my family had a great time!!
The best part of the day was getting to spend quality time with family and friends!!!
