Legend Luncheon

I love decorating for events. We held a Legends luncheon for the women of our church on Saturday. I had these beautiful lanterns from party city on the ceiling but they fell down. I'm kicking myself now for not taking a picture of them beforehand, next time I will use more heavy duty tape. The centerpieces were made entirely from the dollar store. There are butterflies in each centerpieces that I got from Michael's Crafts (a few of them fell apart as soon as you took them out of the box, but they are soo cute I would use them again. The vases are wrapped in scrapbook paper from Making Memories. I picked up a package of them from Ollie's. I don't know if you have a Ollie's in your town but that store has been a great resource for me. Even the thank you boxes came from there. And they were 50 for $5.00! It came with the ribbon, thank you stickers and everything! All of my food servers came from Sam's Club. When I see a serving set I pick it up with the intention of using for future events. Right now I'm on the look out for a chocolate fountain after the being inspired to get one like the one used during our Pastor Wives retreat in Nashville!
