Hope you all had a blessed and wonderful Christmas and New Years Eve. I have been spending the last two weeks hanging out with my family. I even took a blog break from my usual Sunday Mind Dump over on my personal blog. Can you believe its 2010? I'm excited about what's in store for us in this new year. In preparation for that I choose my one word for 2010. Its determined. At first I couldn't think of a word that would equal the words I picked the last two years but something said wait, pray, and it will come to you. Then I start thinking about all that I hope to accomplish this year and "Determined" came to mind. I am determined to do whatever I need to do this year. I am determined to do what God has called me to do. I'm determined to change some of my habits this year (including spiritual, physical, and mentally). And I am determined to make a difference is someones life. I realize that any order to do any of these things I have to first be determined to stay the course. But I am determined to do that also. So bring it on 2010. I ready for you!

That is a great word/goal to focus on!!! I think you can accomplish exactly what you set out to do!
will you pick the person whose life you make a change in or will you let it just happen naturally?
Beautifully written and inspiring! I found your comment from June at another blog regarding organizing your cleaning schedule. I utilized the sidetracked home executive system myself and then began marketing it after several friends wanted copies. You can find it completed and ready for purchase at www.springcleanyearround.blogspot.com if you are still interested in something like that!
God bless and use you mightily this 2010!

Brown English Muffin....just seeing your question. Since my husband became a pastor I have been working with our women's ministry. I hope that in some small way I help to make a difference there, especially with our teen girls. In the bigger picture I'm hoping to be a help to pastors wives. Never realized how lonely, painful and confusing this fishbowl we call life really was, until talking with women effected by this everyday.
